🤍 Is all jewelry the same?
Not exactly, and that's part of its charm.
Each piece is handcrafted by me, one by one. Although I follow the same design, there may be small natural variations in the stones, pearls, or ceramics that make each piece of jewelry special.
🤍 Can I customize a piece of jewelry?
In many cases, yes.
I love for you to be able to make your piece a little more your own, which is why most designs allow for small customizations.
However, you will also find exclusive pieces or limited editions that have been conceived as a unique creation and, in those cases, do not allow modifications.
For each product, I will indicate whether it is customizable or if it is part of an exclusive edition.
🤍 What can I customize on a pair of earrings?
On most earrings, you can choose the color of the stainless steel (gold or silver), provided the design allows it.
Additionally, on all models, you can request that I change the order of the beads.
However, there's something I like to maintain: many of my designs are asymmetrical, because that small difference between one earring and another is part of CUADRATURA's identity. If a model is born asymmetrical, it will remain so even if the order of the pieces changes.
🤍 Can I change the length of a necklace?
On many models, yes.
If you prefer it shorter or longer, write to me before placing the order, and I will confirm if that design can be adapted.
🤍 What materials are the jewels made of?
I work mainly with stainless steel, combined with semi-precious stones, glass, artisanal ceramics, freshwater pearls, and other materials selected for their quality and beauty.
On each product's description, you will find exactly what materials that piece contains.
🤍 Can the jewelry get wet?
Stainless steel resists daily use very well.
Even so, to keep your jewelry beautiful for many years, I recommend avoiding frequent contact with water, perfumes, creams, or chemical products, especially when they contain natural stones, glass, or ceramics.
🤍 Are the pieces heavy?
No.
I try to make all jewelry comfortable to wear for hours. Some designs are more striking than others, but I always seek a balance between aesthetics and comfort.
🤍 When will you prepare my order?
Each order is assembled on demand, especially for you.
Normally, I need between 3 and 5 business days to prepare it carefully, review it, and send it in perfect condition.
For obvious reasons, custom illustrations or orders for events will take me longer.
🤍 Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes.
I ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the destination country and will appear during the checkout process.
🤍 Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Yes.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return, provided the piece has not been used and is in perfect condition.
Personalized jewelry or pieces made expressly for you cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on my part.
🤍 How should I care for my jewelry?
It's very simple.
Store them in a dry place, avoid bumps, and try to prevent prolonged contact with perfumes, creams, or cleaning products.
With a little care, they will continue to accompany you for a long time.
